I like Roslovic getting in first on the forecheck.  He's been very good at forcing plays, and some have been turned over with good scoring chances.  I'd hold off on Chytil for now.  It ain't broke...why "fix" anything.

It wasn’t blind faith at all. Laf showed some talent in previous seasons to give hope, just not with enough frequency. He needed to improve physically for the talent to be better showcased with more frequency, and we talked about it all summer long. He did that.

I never asked this, but do the refs specifically officiate in conference?  I don't think I've ever seen or took time to notice if Wes and Kelly Sutherland do Western Conference Games.  I'm pretty sure I've never seen some of the refs in last night's Canucks game do our games.

They were fucking terrible yesterday.  Something REALLY needs to be done about that crew yesterday.  Aside from all the ticky tack shit that was called, the "icing" took the cake!

A beautiful display of hockey today by our beloved Boys in Blue.  Laviolette shined in his matchups today, getting everything he needed to squash any Caps offense.  His use of Rempe was phenomenal, and I have to say the explosion of sound from MSG was almost "Matteau-esque" when he potted that feed from Vesey!
