Phil Posted September 6, 2021 Share Posted September 6, 2021 The structure of private messaging is different (and way better) on Invision, but there's also a smaller limit on the total number of messages users are allowed to maintain. Some of you literally have 700+ empty messages between messages received and sent from the old vBulletin forum. Simply navigate to your Messages in the upper right of the site (mail icon) to access them. Select "go to inbox" at the bottom, and from the next page, you can either manually remove old messages you wish to, or use the toggle box to select all. This will help reduce the overall size of our database, which is really helpful. Phil Posted September 8, 2021 Author Share Posted September 8, 2021 For a quick step-by-step to ensure this is done properly, follow these steps: First, select the messages icon in the upper right (or within the fly-in menu on mobile). Select Go to inbox Within your inbox, you will see all of your private messages listed on the left. Mine is empty, but yours may not be.
