HHH actually has a better understanding of what it takes to develop new stars — he's commented numerous times about the abysmal state of WWE's "developmental" group who keeps churning out the same carbon copy "bodies" with no brains or personality to boot. If you told me 10 years ago that Bob Barker, Pete Rose and Drew Carey would be in the HOF before Jake 'The Snake' Roberts, I would've DDT'd you on the spot. There's just alot of guys I'd rather be seeing I guess.
