  1. You're probably right but a guy can dream right? Lol It's why I said they would need to be wow'd but I think we are one of the few teams that potentially could and not miss a beat.
  2. Chytil might be a bust. Probably is actually. No way Kravtsov can be considered a bust just because he doesn't want to play in Hartford. He's still a high level prospect. Hell do Lundkvist and Kravtsov then and dump Chytil in the offseason. Regardless both can play at the NHL level right now. Obviously they aren't competing this year but still. I'm all for "going all in" but I line the idea of all in that, helps us more than just this season rental.
  3. If he were 26 I’d agree. I believe he’s 30. Imagine flipping a thirty year old for 2 young guys like Krav ,Chytil, and another asset. I can’t see them thinking they need Gourde with 30m in cap space this coming offseason.
  4. Air fryer is game changing. Tater tots in the air fryer come out perfect lol
  5. If we are talking about them getting 2-3 pieces of a future I think it’s possible. Not saying probable, but possible. I’m sure part of the reason they selected him is because he does only have a partial ntc after this season.
  6. Yanni Gourde. We are in a unique spot where we have plenty of assets. Why throw them away on a 100% rental when you can use the, to obtain an affordable guy that doesn’t affect our cap (with retention) for the next three years? think about just how different this roster is if you replace Chytil as a 3c with Gourde for the same price? french connection of Alf Gourde Gaut
  7. Chicken nugget salad lol. How low can we go ?
  8. Mostly yeah. Like is like it wouldn’t be half bad either lol

What do we think?
  10. We don’t need an offensive D though, that’s for sure. We could use a solidified experienced 3d that we can trust with playoff minutes.
  11. And this has what to do with rangers around the rink and team news?
  12. Well if the game was postponed it would still be made up against the Wild at home on another date, no? Or am I reading this wrong?
  13. It’s a bit of a long shot since he has a full ntc I believe, but I’d really see if I could really wow the Kraken into trading us Yanni Gourde and them retaining salary along the way. He’s only at 5.1 but I do want to keep Strome and want a real 3c. If you could get them to retain 2.5m which isn’t earth shattering and wow them with a package of Kravtsov, Chytil, and a pick, you get a 2x cup winner, decent from the dot, can pk, put up points, probably would do well with Alf since they are both from French Canada, and would be very manageable for 3 more seasons. I really think that fits so well with us. An up the middle of Ziby, Strome, Gourde is nothing to turn your noses at and if his salary was only half, it’s the equivalent of Chytils cap hit basically.
  14. Zucc had Covid already so that isn’t too much of an issue (I hope).
  15. If 10+ players on the wild are out with Covid the NHL isn’t going to just say tough shit to the Wild. There are games canceled all over the place and not just Canadian teams. As far as I remember, the Wild haven’t been hit yet too hard by Covid like some other teams. They have two players in Covid and 5 previous players that had it. There are no ramifications really. Lundqvist night can be a different night and the same people that paid to get in for it that day would still hold the tickets for whenever it’s rescheduled to.
  16. At this point with Covid and everything, there’s a chance the 28th game gets postponed.
  17. Meatloaf. A cold leftovers meatloaf sandwich with bbq sauce and cheddar. Boom.
  18. Wild game between Dallas and St. Louis today. Down 1-0 with a minute left and on the pp, Blues score on a delayed penalty to tie it up, then scored like 20 seconds left on the new pp to steal the win.
  19. Islanders have played 6 games in a month I think.
  20. I don’t know….I’m not goi g to call racism or anything, but this is a bit of cap circumvention right now. Ordering him to stay away from the club watching his every movement then pounce when it’s a bad one. hmmm
  21. I’m trying to find a good, I guess Persian, rice recipe. I’ve seen some turmeric basmati rice recipes baked with chicken breast but that seem,s like it would come out dry. I’m thinking turmeric, garlic, ginger, scallion, shredded carrots, raisins, sliced almonds, chicken broth, etc for a rice and for the protein maybe some air fried chicken teriyaki meatballs ….have it all come together. Stay tuned.
