It was just a sarcastic/playful way of saying “ I think one big reason the Hurricanes are better is because they have a very good NHL coach that we do not have.” If that’s pushing a narrative then so be it. Of guys in the top 20 in goal scoring (16 of more goals basically since so many are bunched) Kreider has by far the least amount of points. He’s the only one not in double digits assists. Fairly trivial stat but it really kinda shows just how little he does outside of scoring a goal.
