It's just the nature of thre NHL these days. Players are faster and stronger. The slap shot is most gone and replaced with snap, wrist, and whippy shots. Flexible sticks are a necessity to generate the whip necessary for explosion off the stick. It's really not a new thing though. Ben about 15 or so plus years of it. Jagr used to break his stick on shootout attempts lol

Taxes are all over the place. My village I pay a ton but the other side of the village pays less. It doesnt make sense sometimes. Also depends if they have been previously grieved or not. Taxes overall are a bit lower in Suffolk but not low by any means. It’s Long Island. On average expect most places taxes are anywhere from 7-10k. They go up from there. Just make sure you ask because as I said, I pay around 15 and I’m nowhere near the high end of taxes lol.

I meant mostly around fans, since there is the idea (understandably) that he simply racks up secondary assists and rides on McDavids wing which just isn’t exactly true. McDavid is 1 in my book but Draisaitl is 1a to me. The combo of a slower start plus McDavid really gets him mentioned so much less and he’s a very complete player to me. To me, if I had to start a team and was given the choice of Draisaitl or Matthews, I have no hesitation at all to picking Leon. None whatsoever.

He still owns two places in Russia I believe and bought his grandparents and mom apartments next to each other in his home town I think For anyone that wants to see his interview with subtitles it’s here. If Panarin is going there to get his family back here, we are probably talking about a good month or more. He can’t just literally fly there and throw them on a plane the following day. Then you’re also talking about a 2 week quarantine once he gets back here. But the other thing, and admittedly I’m very naive to this, is if this is coming from a former coach to make Panarin look bad, what’s the exact connection to Putin directly? Are we thinking Putin himself is asking the coach to say this? I guess it’s possible since you know, Russia, but still.

Well, I don’t know about that. From 18/19 to now, even strength Draisaitl is second in the entire league in even strength points. Matthews is 9th. Goals Matthews is 2nd, Leon is 4th with only 9 less. Primarybassists, Leon is 7th while Matthews is like 41st. If you look at all strengths combined points, Leon is 2nd while Matthews is 12th. Goals Leon is 2nd, Matthews is one behind for 3rd.
