You've Just Won the Lottery ? What Are You Still Refusing to Buy?
Keirik replied to Phil's topic in The Bar Room
Nah im there with you. I'm buying a nice place in Jackson Holy Wyoming. Something along the lines of a good rustic style log house with all the amenities. Something like this. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/2730-W-Otter-Ln-Jackson-WY-83001/194363066_zpid/? Getting myself a nice few cars. One sports car, one truck, one SUV. A second home somewhere in NY so I can spread time between both places. And a hell of a lot of travelling throughout Europe since I've already covered Asia when i was younger. -

confirmed: Wild Won't Re-Sign Mikko Koivu; Option for Rangers?
Keirik replied to Phil's topic in New York Rangers
Yeah I know but I think you get that, albeit lesser, in Boyle too and for cheaper probably. Except the Finn part. Boyle is a former 20 goal scorer, has been to 2 cup finals, cancer survivor, played here already, etc. We all know the drill lol -
Why not just let every team in lol

Meh. I mean he made 5m last year. Obviously he’s not going to command that but even at 2.5m. I’d rather have Boyle at 1m or so. About the same production right now but 2 years younger. -

[brooks] Rangers to Loan Vitaly Kravtsov to KHL for 2020-21 Season
Keirik replied to Phil's topic in New York Rangers
Yeah he has. I was just joking because I looked up the league leaders. He’s a kid compared to the others. Very promising. -
confirmed: Rangers Buyout Final Year of Henrik Lundqvist's Contract

Could you imagine if it turns out he retires and cries during a press conference? I think we would all lose it watching that. End of an era. -

Has one more goal than Nigel Dawes thus far this year! -

The only problem is Fleury, if available, might be a better fit for them. Not sure Vegas trades him there though. Henrik's one year left does help and ive been saying the Avs would be a great fit. Or Washington. -
You Wake Up Inside a Video Game World for One Day ? Which is it and Why?

Being forced into doing a glitch move goal 30 times a game would be pretty frustrating and minimize my importance lol -

Well you are quoting me and then bringing up stuff others said but I’ll take a stab regardless. I’m sure u do have grass, a grill, and all that but that’s not what anyone really thinks when they think of an urban area. It’s also much harder to come by than it is in a city. There also the other part where some areas have priced many people out of the city and money goes much further in a suburb. I’m sorry but that’s ridiculously off based to say that suburbs were meant to leave blacks behind. It’s 2020 dude not 1950. People have been moving for generations to the suburbs to get the things in bigger and better forms that are extremely difficult to get in a city environment. 2 car garage, pool, large property, quiet And quaint styles, etc. I just think you are way way off base here. Nothing subconsciously race motivated about it these days. Black people, Spanish people, Asian, Indian, etc move to the suburbs. Of course what I said is a reach but it pales in comparison to the reach you’re making by trying to say people move with racial undertones away from the city. Like I said, that’s cool if you specifically prefer the city. Probably can just leave it at that. Leaving that area though has nothing to do with race. Huge reach and it’s kind of insulting to claim otherwise. -
I don’t know what in the world all of these schools planned. My fianc? is an Elementary school teacher in Suffolk County. She gets an automated call every day at 545am asking if she’s sick. I wake up at 530 am for work and feel like death before my coffee lol. If she has a kid that tests positive she’s supposed to then quarantine for 14 days. Same obviously if she gets sick. However, she’s charged the sick days even if it’s just for preventative reasons and she’s not sick and she’s still required to teach remotely while being forced to quarantine. She’s saving those for when she’s pregnant so using them if she’s being told to quarantine while not sick is nuts just because one kid she has in her class woke up one day with it. A teacher already once was sent home when she came to work for having a fever on a Friday. She was back Monday. Huh? She couldn’t have been given a test result that quick, so I guess it’s just fly by your pants. I don’t think any of these schools have a clue what they are doing.

Why would Hank agree to go to a team that’s looking to reach the cap floor? The only team with a good amount of space and competitive that’s realistic is Colorado but the goalie market is pretty saturated, they have two goalies already, and they have a bunch of other guys rfa/ufa that will eat up space. I don’t see Hank agreeing to be traded to the Senators, Wings, or Sabres. -

It’s just as simple as saying I would be pretty nervous to let my 9 year old play stickball in the street in front of my house off Ocean Pwky but in the middle of my cul de sac on the burbs of Suffolk County? Have at it junior. Daddy is out back grillin. Ask mommy to bring daddy a drink lol
