Patrick Bateman
That's pretty nice Phil, how much did they get you for that? Had to pay $90 for our 6.5 foot tree
Phil
Might have been close to that, honestly. I think we paid around $80~ with shipping. It's a few years old now. At least two or three. Holds up well.
Patrick Bateman
Oh you do that thing? How do you like it?
Phil
Fake? Yeah. We did real for years, but she got tired of having to clean up after it, and I got tired of lugging it around G?by-style, even from the tree dealer down the street from us. I actually hated the idea at first, but after the second time you use it and realize, wow, you mean we don't have to buy another tree again? It's kinda refreshing. Now, I can't even fathom the idea of having to go out and pick one year-after-year.
Pete
For me, picking the real tree is the best part. This year we got a little ambitious though, haha.
Phil
Well, yeah. You get to load it up in your car and drive it home. I gotta lug it G?by style, so that part just sucks. I'm always ambitious to start. Then I get back and I'm like... man... this was a bad idea.
Morphinity 2.0
I always found cleaning up after fake trees to be the same as cleaning up after real trees. Maybe I had a shitty fake tree, but needles got all over the place.
Phil
Ours doesn't really shed unless you're abuse-as-fuck with the arms as you work with it. Far less clean-up than we've had in the past with real trees.

Oh I thought you meant you did the thing where you have a real tree that they keep alive for years on end, and they give it back on Christmas We lugged ours gabby style
