Phil
And even with Philly, doesn't that push either Provorov, Farabee, or Giroux to PP2/out of the QB spot? Yes. I guess if you're paying him next to nothing (because he was bought out) you can not worry so much about getting him PP time, but you're not getting the most out of that player if you're not playing him there. Keirik
DeAngelo is an RD who needs PP time to fully capitalize on his talents. Boston: McAvoy (PP1), Carlo, Miller Philly: Gostisbehere (PP2), Braun, Myers Florida: Ekblad (PP1), Yandle (PP1), Gudas, Stralman, Juulsen Of these teams, the only one who makes a lick of sense is Philly. He was also 4th in the entire nhl in even strength points for defenseman last year ..... he’s not just a pp guy at all
Pete
Unfortunately we'll never know if last season was a fluke. He went from 30 points in 61 to 53 in 68. We've seen people question Strome and even Zibenajad having career years last year so I'm not ready to say ADA was a lock for anything.
Vodka Drunkenski
It’s amazing that we are still discussing DeAngelo in every single thread.
