Sharpshooter
Yeah, I'm going to wait to hear from Tom himself before I get emotional about it. Unless Gisele is really nagging him to come home, I can't see him retiring. Tampa Bay may lose some players, though, but still a good team, and he has plenty left in the tank. Costa
..and here comes the Brady hobknobbing. Oh he's the GOAT and what not. As long as the specter of Deflategate & Spygate loom, he will NEVER be the GOAT. For all we know that could just be the tip of the iceberg. Athletes were cheating when they also knew it was hard to hide from cameras...You don't think they've been cheating for decades? It's a matter of who gets caught, not who cheated and didn't. My point it should we let people shove the narrative that Brady is the GOAT down our throats and just accept it?? Well when you look at the records books and then you assume (because you have to) that everyone was cutting corners in their own way. When someone is that much better than everyone else, you don't just chuck it. I think there's probably a large amount of people who are hate that there are scandals because the Patriots didn't need to cheat, they almost always had the best talent. Sharpshooter
I'm pretty sure the deflate crap was debunked. Some of these things were done by the NFL themselves to dethrone the Patriots and try to end their dynasty because they don't like them and don't want dynasties in sports. Brady was suspended for four games for that bullshit, then won three of those games then he has an amazing postseason, including the epic comeback in the Super Bowl as a big fuck you to the NFL and Goodell. There's a reason he didn't shake that piece if crap's hand when receiving the Lombardi. He knows it. The Tom Brady revenge tour was one of his best seasons despite missing those four games. Thanks for the memories, Tom.

Bieser
Crazy to think he was drafted in the 6th round. 199 overall. I wonder if he ever would have gotten a shot if Bledsoe never got hurt.
Sharpshooter
He had one year left, so I was hoping he'd finish that off and play for one more. But, he doesn't really owe anybody anything at this point. He put the Patriots on the map, made them relevant and one of the most successful franchises in NFL history. I love this man. Keirik
Quote The first comes from the initial report that sparked the saga. In the aftermath of that game, ESPN's Chris Mortensen reported that 11 of the 12 football used by the Patriots' offense during that game were underinflated by at least two pounds each. That information was ultimately proven to be false and a correction was eventually made in the initial report. In Playmakers, Florio reports that the source of that incorrect information was NFL executive vice president of football operations Troy Vincent. https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/news/new-deflategate-revelations-paint-the-nfl-in-a-bad-light-during-infamous-saga-with-tom-brady-and-patriots/ Brady didn’t even cheat anyway.
