I think it’s Bob Wischusen, he is a great announcer. Does the Jets play by play and actually used to step in for Sam in the early parts of the season when Sam would be doing NFL on FOX games. But, seems like someone slipped him a buck to be a Pens cheerleader with the rest of these stiffs he’s calling the game with.
