They sure are making Domingue look like the second coming of Ken Dryden.  One and done doesn’t get it down.  Crowd that net and make him uncomfortable.

While Domingue isn't really good,  he hasn't been bad. Goalies can play up to an occasion. I always think back to Steve Shields of the 97 Sabres, who was a nobody as Haseks backup. Dude put the team on his back and played really fucking good when Hasek got hurt 

 

I'll never underestimate any goalie in the playoffs just because of that run Shields had. Only to never be heard of again.

Domingue has been good. He has made several nice saves one on one. He doesn’t fight through screens well, however. We need more of that.
