Passes continually getting picked off. And defense continues to struggle to clear the front of the net and giving up the blue line far too easily. Rangers with the same old formula of flicking a pass to the boards once they gain the blue line and hope for a shot from the point to get through. They do look better than the first but only because they couldn’t possibly look any worse. They’ve had a few good shifts in the second but still need to be much better offensively and much tighter defensively. A step in the right direction, but still a ways to go. They do look quicker.
