After watching the Chytil hit over and over I don't think it was that late if at all, nothing like I did the first time around I guess because of the shock value of Chytil getting blown up. It was no worse than some of Trouba's.  🤷‍♂️

It was late. Later than Troubas hits. Especially considering g where it was near the boards. Open ice is a bit more bang bang because both guys are usually going opposite directions but Chytil was basically stationary. It’s late IMO.

Exactly why you couldn’t gamble on him as a 2c

I mean, you can, it's just a risk. Same as it's been for every team who's signed a guy like David Perron in the past. The talent is there. Clearly.

Okay, maybe poor wording. Not a smart risk I guess is a better choice of words. I suppose that risk is there with Trocheck too but at least I’ve seen multiple full seasons

Just gotta look at Zibanejad. He was and still is a risk. He had like half a dozen concussions. Nobody talks about it anymore and he’s been pretty good for years now (knock on wood).

Right. Or Perron. Again. Supremely talented. Constantly hurt. Slew of head injuries. Just played 1,000 games.
